Cooking Instructions For Philly Beef or Chicken Sandwich Steak:

1. Preheat skillet and oil lightly

2. Add your favorite garnish (onions, mushrooms, peppers, etc)

3. Place SHIPON'S steak portion on top of garnishes, then grill and sautÈ

4. Turn several times while cooking and gently "break-up" the steak in the skillet until fully cooked

5. For cheesesteak: Add a few slices of your favorite cheese (American, Provolone, Mozzarealla, etc.) Cover the skillet, turn heat off, and allow to melt

6. Place on your favorite Italian roll and add your favorite condiments (hot/sweet peppers, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, etc.)

Quick-Easy-Delicious Serving Suggestions

Chicken or Beef Burrito:
SautÈ SHIPON'S steak in skillet. Remove when fully cooked. Fill flour tortilla with chicken, refried beans and any combination of all of these garnishes: salsa, avocado slices or guacamole, chopped onion, sour cream, or grated cheese.

Chicken or Beef Tacos:
SautÈ SHIPON'S steak in skillet with taco seasoning. Remove chicken when fully cooked. Place shredded cheese, chicken, shredded lettuce and diced tomato in taco shell. Top with your favorite taco sauce

B.B.Q Chicken:
SautÈ SHIPON'S steak in skillet with your favorite garnish. Once fully cooked, stir in B.B.Q sauce with spatula. Add cheese if you'd like. Serve on soft sesame seed bun or alone.

Chicken or Beef Stir-Fry:
Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil. Heat pan well. Add SHIPON'S steak and remove when fully cooked. Lower the heat, add vegetables and stir with spatula. Cook vegetables until tender, add cooked chicken or beef and reheat. Serve over rice with your favorite sauce (soy or teriyaki)
